Project Overview

M&E Group played a key role in transforming Steer Electric Milton Keynes from an old, run-down Tesla servicing garage into a prestige, high-end automotive body repair shop. Over a four-week period, we delivered a complete electrical, Air conditioning, fire, and security upgrade to bring the facility up to the highest industry standards.

Key Deliverables:

Electrical Installations: 

Installed high bay lighting throughout the workshop to enhance visibility and create a professional working environment.
Set up multiple 3-phase power supplies to support body shop equipment and operations.
Installed EV chargers, both inside and outside, to future-proof the site for electric vehicle servicing.

Fire & Security Systems: 

• Installed a state-of-the-art fire alarm system to ensure compliance and safety.
  Supplied and fitted fire extinguishers at key locations.
  Implemented secure door access control and door contacts for restricted access.
  Installed a CCTV system covering both the interior and exterior of the building.
  Integrated a 24/7 police-monitored security system to protect the facility around the clock.

Air Conditioning Solutions:

• Installed 4 indoor AC units in the offices and reception area, providing a comfortable environment for staff and customers.
• Mounted 4 sleek outdoor units on brackets at the back of the building, keeping them neat, secure, and out of sight.
