Project Overview

M&E Group took on a major industrial project near Snetterton Racecourse, originally completing the full fit-out for M&A Coachworks. Following the acquisition of the workshop by Steer Automotive—one of our previous clients—we seamlessly continued to deliver high-quality electrical, air conditioning, and security solutions to meet their operational needs.

Key Deliverables:

Electrical Installations:

• Installed 42 high bay lights in the workshop to ensure optimal visibility.
• Fitted 36 x 600×600 LED panel lights under the mezzanine for efficient and uniform lighting.
• Installed multiple 3-phase power supplies to support heavy-duty automotive equipment.
• Set up 15 EV chargers, strategically placed both outside the front and within the workshop for convenience.

Air Conditioning Solutions:

• Installed 5 indoor AC units in the offices and reception area, providing a comfortable environment for staff and customers.
• Mounted 4 sleek outdoor units on brackets at the front of the building, keeping them neat, secure, and out of sight.

Security & Access Control:

• Installed a high-end CCTV system with multiple cameras covering both the perimeter and interior of the building.
• Implemented secure door access control and door contacts for restricted entry and enhanced security.
• Integrated a 24/7 police-monitored security system for maximum protection.
